Our Winery

Wines from our own vineyards are available all year round. The Burgundy family is preferred, from Pinot Blanc to Pinot Gris to Pinot Noir, but Riesling is also one of the specialties, as is hand-shaken sparkling wine. Red wines are kept in barriques until they are fully ripe.

The quality of our wines begins in the vineyard. Low pruning, thinning and selective hand-picking produce high-quality grapes with low yields. Our principle is to produce “top quality”, from delicately fruity quality wines to exquisitely sweet rarities.

Classic bottle fermentation and long maturation on the yeast guarantee a sparkling experience of the highest quality with our sparkling wine.

We allow white wines to ferment slowly and in a controlled manner so that we bring the full fruit of the grapes into the bottle. For red wine, we favor the cost-intensive open mash fermentation and 3-year aging in small wooden barrels (barriques).
